Fire and forget is an infographic endeavour to summarize facts and correlations about German arms producers. The research phase of the book crossed numerous export reports, nebulous legal texts and entangled corporate structures of Germany’s arms industry. The pragmatically processed numbers and texts had to be transformed into a visual language to make them accessible to a broader audience. This book tries to sensitize the reader about the schemes of the German arms industry and raise awareness of what is often ignored or being hidden.
